TTC Placing the HOLP Out of Bounds on the Moving Bar

I place the HOLP out of bounds on the moving bar in TTC 0xA. This is yet another thing we needed to confirm was possible as part of the plan to reduce The Pit and the Pendulums and Timed Jumps on Moving Bars to 0xA, and now it's been proven to be possible.
