ASC3: State Selections, Part 2

Welcome back to the third edition of the American Song Contest! After a strong first round last week, we're here today for the 2nd of 8 rounds of state selections, featuring 7 states and 43 more songs! Here are the rules to cast your votes:

All states are to be voted on individually, meaning you must submit a different set of votes for each state. For each state, you may rank as many of the songs as you'd like using the song tags (with the state abbreviation and number). Your lowest ranked song will receive 1 point, and for each rank above last place, a song will receive two extra points. We recommend voting on every song to maximize the power of your vote. Here are a couple examples of possible votes for the songs from Delaware and how they would be translated into points:

EX: Delaware - DE1, DE2, DE3
In this example, DE1 would receive 5 points, DE2 would receive 3 points, and DE3 would receive 1 point.

EX: Delaware - DE1, DE2
In this example, DE1 would receive 3 points and DE2 would receive 1 point. DE3 would receive no points.

You can vote on the songs of as many states as you like, meaning you can choose which states' songs you vote on, and you don't have to vote on the songs from every state. However, if you mix multiple states into the same voting list, your votes will be considered invalid and you will have to vote again.

Please put your voting lists for all states into the same comment if possible to ease the process of counting votes. Comments will be hidden until approved, and comments containing votes will not be posted until after the results have been revealed.
